Softrader Tools is a mobile application designed for Softrader Cloud users to access authentication codes and manage authorisations. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Information We Collect

Device Information

  • Device identifier (Apple's Vendor Identifier/IDFV)

  • Push notification tokens for delivering notifications

Authentication Information

  • System URL

  • API Key

  • User ID

  • QR code scan data (used only for login purposes)

Usage Data

  • MFA codes

  • Authorisation requests

  • Location data (only when using the Location Checker feature)

  • Delivery registration data

How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you with Softrader Cloud

  • To retrieve and display MFA codes

  • To process authorisation requests

  • To enable push notifications for new authorisations

  • To verify locations during delivery processes

  • To register deliveries in the Softrader Cloud system

Data Storage

  • Authentication credentials are stored securely on your device using SwiftData

  • Push notification tokens are stored in UserDefaults

  • No data is stored by the app beyond what is necessary for functionality

Data Sharing

We only share data with:

  • Your configured Softrader Cloud instance

  • Apple's Push Notification Service (for delivering notifications)

We do not share your data with any third parties.

Security

  • All communication with Softrader Cloud is encrypted using HTTPS

  • Device authentication is required to access the app

  • Credentials are stored securely using system encryption

  • API keys are stored in secure fields and never displayed in plain text

Your Rights

You can:

  • Delete your device registration through the app

  • Remove the app and all associated data at any time

  • Disable notifications through your device settings
